1. Just a heads up is used to give someone an early warning about something.

Just a heads up: I might ask you to help me with my project next week.

2. FYI stands for for your information. It’s used to share information that doesn’t require any action.

3. Just between you and me is used to say that the information you’re about to share should be kept secret.
