will-call windowのことで、要は支払済みのチケットを、当日受け取りに行く窓口の事のようです。
サイトからチケットを買った際、予約No.かなにかを返信メールで伝えてきませんでしたか？
それを持って、当日現地のwill-callの窓口へいらっしゃれば、引き換えにチケットを渡してくれます。
Will call is an industry term meaning "pick up at the box office." In order to claim your order at the event venue on the day of the event, you must have a valid government-issued photo ID and the credit card you used to purchase the order with you. If you claim the order because you don't have these items with you, you will not be eligible for a refund.
Where do I pick up my will call order?
Tickets must be picked up at the venue's box office/event location, unless otherwise noted.
Do I need my order confirmation number to pick up my order?
An order confirmation number is not necessary to claim an order at will call, but we recommend having this information readily available just in case.
Can my will call order be mailed to me?
We can't mail out will call orders. They must be picked up at the event location. Please pay careful attention to the delivery method you select when purchasing tickets.
I accidentally ordered will call as my delivery method. Can I change it to print-at-home or another delivery method?
If there are other delivery methods available during the purchase process, we may be able to change your order. Please contact us to let us know which delivery method you'd prefer, and we'll let you know if it's available for the event.
What does "will call only" mean?
Some shows are “will call only,” which means that will call is the only way to receive your order.
Can someone other than myself attend the event with my will call tickets?
Each venue and show has different policies. If you ordered tickets as will call but are unable to attend, there may be some flexibility we can offer you. Please contact us for clarification on what your options are.
